Report: Kerimov agrees to buy stake in Vozrozhdenie from Ananyevs

MOSCOW, Feb 19 (PRIME) -- Russian businessman and lawmaker Suleiman Kerimov has agreed with Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev, main owners of Vozrozhdenie Bank, to acquire their stake in the bank, Reuters reported on February 18 citing three sources familiar with the deal.

Earlier in February, Reuters reported that Kerimov was in talks with the Ananyev brothers on the issue.

Representatives of private direct investment fund Bonum Capital, which reportedly belonged to Kerimov, were included in a list of 26 candidates for the bank’s board of directors.
